The Granby Bow and Gun Club has a rolling membership enrollment, and prospective new members can join at any time during the year. Your membership will expire after 1 year on the anniversary of your membership purchase.
All renewals will be automatically processed 30 days prior to your anniversary date. We utilize autopay for these transactions so a Credit card must be on file in your profile for this transaction.
If you want to know when your membership expires, login to EZfacility self service and go to Billed Invoices and see when your last payment was made. Your expiration date would be 1-year after that date.
If your membership dues are not paid within 30 days, your membership will be considered terminated. Any member that has their membership terminated for non-payment, must rejoin the club via the new member process.
All new members must completely fill out their online profile, fill out an application form and submit it with a recent passport style photo, and attend the next monthly meeting to complete new member orientation. New members will receive their club ID card that is required for club access and must be displayed at all times while at the club facilities.

Access to the club is only possible using the issued GBGC membership card.
New member initiation fee:
New members are charged an initiation fee in addition to the regular membership dues. This is a one time fee that is only due at the time of joining.
Annual Maintenance Fee:
All members are required to complete 8 hours of work at the club. These hours can be completed on scheduled work days, or by helping with club events or matches.
The maintenance fee is $100, and is charged in April for existing members. All new members must pay the maintenance fee at the time of joining. If the 8 work hours are completed, the maintenance fee will be returned to the club member.

Long-range Membership:
Payment of long range membership dues alone does not authorize use of the long range facility.
Use of the long range facility is restricted to qualified long range members. Qualification details and requirements are listed in the range rules section.
Membership Changes:
If a member wants to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade membership, they must notify Membership@granbybowandgun.club. Cancellation requests must be made at least 60 days prior to renewal to avoid renewal membership charges.
Family or Spousal Memberships:
Only the primary member will register for these memberships. After registration, please email Membership@granbybowandgun.club the names of your spouse and family members and include names and emails.
Discounted Memberships:
To be eligible for discounts approved by the board applicable documentation must be emailed to Membership@granbybowandgun.club. The discount will be applied to your account and redeemable upon renewal.
